Because your gut, your energy, and even your mood are being shaped long before the food reaches your plate.

Modern life has quietly pulled us away from the very systems that regulate our health. The soil we depend on is losing its natural vitality. Food is disconnected from its origins. We rarely see how it’s grown, and much of it is heavily processed. Our nervous systems are constantly “on,” shaped by environments that keep us overstimulated instead of at ease. And our bodies feel it: there’s something “off” in our gut, our energy, or our mood.

This retreat is a way back.

Not through more information, but through experience.

It is not only a permaculture course, a nutrition workshop, or a passive wellness retreat.

What this retreat is about:

Healthy soil grows nutrient-dense food. That food shapes your microbiome. Your microbiome influences your digestion, mood, hormones, and overall wellbeing. Microorganisms are the invisible bridge linking ecosystems and human wellbeing. This retreat is about feeling that connection, not just understanding it.

Over 4 immersive days, you will explore this connection with your mind, your hands, and your body, through food, nature, and shared experience.

Going Deeper, Together

Explore what matters to you — from women’s health and hormones to skincare and plant remedies — in a space that feels personal and supportive.

Practicalities

It will be hosted in a permaculture farm in Tenerife called Akal. It’s a beautiful space to slow down, reconnect, stroll and snack in its food forest, and enjoy the ocean views from the rooftop. The space offers:

  • Immersion in nature
  • Fresh, seasonal, plant-based meals
  • Hands-on experiences in the garden and kitchen
  • Time to rest, reflect, and reconnect

No pressure. No perfection. Just space to come back to yourself.

It will take place from the 10th to the 15th of September, 2026.

The first day will be held for arriving slowly, then 4 full days for the course and activities. You can leave in the morning of the 16th, so it’s not rushy.

5 nights in total.

For our first retreat we’re offering it at a lower price to learn and kick things off. Normally this experience would be around €1000+.

Places are limited to a small group so we can have an intimate experience.
